I have multiple contacts that are not in gmail. Love to have them to keep track.

There are more ways to stay in touch with people than email.

We need a button to let the system know that we've had a contact with someone in the list: phone, visit, social network message, ...

The idea behind your software is fantastic. Brilliant, really, but you are completely shooting yourself in the foot with your upgrade strategy.

By having people spam their contacts to get the free upgrade BEFORE they have experienced the service, they do not have the passion around it that encourages them to shout from the rooftops.

Also, an ancillary effect is that you don't get to have the conversation with the users and improve the service to their satisfaction. By doing this, you would get good initial feedback, fix the problem, and turn them into evangelists.

As opposed to simply checking the email address in LinkedIn - check for instances of the name so that you are not returning false negatives when people have simply changed email addresses.

It's nice to say I haven't emailed someone in a given amount of time. But when I know I talked w/ them less then two days ago... well I think if you take into account conversations in addition to email it'll be more persuasive.

The service should automatically refresh my contact information and when I last contacted everyone if I change my email address. It doesn't seem to do it now, and I can't find how to do it manually. Manual refresh would also be good.

Your system is BROKEN and DOESN'T work.

I have only ever gotten:
Application could not log in into GMail. Your contacts haven't been updated.

Your system has NEVER worked for me.

FIX THIS NOW OR THIS IS USELESS.

I use two Gmail address for my work, I would like to associate them to mine Socialminder account

To cancel your account - Login in then go to the Preference menu at the top, and scroll down to "Close My Account"
Once you click the Close button and acknowledge that you want to close the account, then your account will be closed.
There is no going back so you should be certain that you want to cancel.
